Peanut Butter Salted Caramel Not-Cheese Cheesecake

Today the year 9 food technology students made Peanut Butter Salted Caramel Vegan Cheesecakes – their favourite part may have been taste-testing the filling for smoothness 😀

Using all good ingredients like coconut cream, almonds, dates, coconut, cashew nuts, lemons, coconut oil, peanut butter and agave syrup the students blended, processed, juiced, flattened, melted, poured and decorated to create stunning not-cheese cheesecakes as part of a level 1 NCEA “Processing Technologies” assessment.
