On the last day of the term we had our final Vegan Not-Cheese Cheese Cakes assessments at MANUKURA. While some students were challenged with the practical part; others had to write down the steps describing how they processed their cakes, also including the health and safety regulations.

We were happy all the vegan cheesecakes turned out well and that the school could enjoy eating them for their afternoon snack again.
