PNBHS seniors enjoyed preparing the mixture, forming the patties, and making the most delicious salads they could concoct while the patties baked. They then thoroughly enjoyed eating as many as they could (quite a few :)) Also a great option to make and freeze, ready for quick dinners, or in a wrap with salad for a tasty portable lunch.
