Veg & Tofu Stir Fry

MCHS students made a delicious tofu and vegetable stir-fry @ Wholegrain Organics Kitchen on Monday.
First we prepared the glaze, then chopped the vegetables, pan-fried and seasoned the tofu and then started the stir-frying process. It was colourful, and very tasty, with a background of fresh ginger and garlic.
