Appetizer: Finely sliced house-made sprouted grain bread with butternut pumpkin hummus, pickled cabbage & baby greens.
Main: Macadamia-potato gratin, greens, slow roast tomatoes & freshly
harvested spring salad.
Dessert: Jaffa cake with carob syrup.
