Our attempt at preparing a Japanese dinner proved quite successful – thanks to our Japanese students’ input. Karin brought her mum’s recipes, and we enjoyed cooking together. We learnt about the right balance of dark and white miso, we discovered how you can use sesame seeds to make a delicious Goma dressing, and we also made patties using tofu and flavoursome Shiitake mushrooms, and vege & ginger rice. Very special new flavours!
