Chickpea patties for Carncot!

Today’s food tech class was a hive of activity with chickpea patties being produced left right and center. Grated carrot, lemon juice and cumin all combined to make a tasty mix. chickpea carncotSo we made them into balls and rolled them in breadcrumbs, flattened them and baked them. Great teamwork guys! Some of our year eights made a tasty ketchup sweetened with dates, and it all came together in a container to take away.
What a tasty way to get protein to grow bone and muscle…
