Thanks to everyone for supporting the students tonight. We had some new faces with us – international students from Korea, China and Brazil. We love it when different cultures come together and join the teamwork to prepare dinner for our café customers. We learnt what the health benefits are of the various ingredients we used and had a lively interaction answering questions that arose. The students enjoyed serving the meal and the guests liked interacting with them. A good evening all round
The menu was: Organic tomato & mushroom sauce on wholegrain pasta, served with savoury nut balls, roasted pumpkin, and field lettuce with hazelnut dressing.
