Today’s year 9 class was short but full. We looked briefly at how our liver affects our energy storage and filters our blood. If the liver is overloaded, it can result in tiredness, brain fog, and skin conditions to name a few. What kind of foods help the liver to do a better job? Fresh fruit and veggies!
