Today Carncot looked at one of the biggest organs in the body – the liver. It’s responsible for our energy levels, for getting rid of poisons, and for storing nutrients for later use. Signs of an unhappy liver are as simple as being tired all the time, bloating, and foggy brain. What kind of foods help the liver? We figured out that processed foods and fatty foods are not helpful for the liver, while fresh fruit and vegetables are what really help the liver to give us energy.
