What’s slimy and gloopy and colourful and oh-so-delicious? A chia seed pudding! Our focus today was on making nicely diced fruit to layer in our cups, as well as making a hearty protein cream, rich with tofu and sweetened with dates and maple syrup. Everyone worked well and there were some great knife handling skills coming out. Layer the chia seed mix in the cup then top it up with protein cream and diced fruit – looks like everyone liked raspberries!
