This week we continued the challenge with our Tu Toa students of creating a natural granola bar for a healthy morning tea. This time we made a baked muesli bar that turned out to be super crunchy, orangey (we added fresh orange rind!), and packed with fibre and protein! We’re trying out different recipes and we experiment with various ingredients to find the best version. We’re looking forward to more feedback from our stakeholders – other students and teachers at the school, in order to improve our bar.
